The Deledda apartment is on two floors of Villa Arrecifes on the seafront of Fertilia, a unique structure for its architecture, reminiscent of the Californian villas of the 60s that overlooked the ocean.

Independent, elegant, spacious, the apartment is composed on the ground floor of the garden, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, on the upper floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The large spaces, the attention to detail of a refined and distinct design in every environment, make the apartment extremely comfortable and functional for your stay, well organized, equipped with: dishes for the kitchen dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, iron iron, hairdryer and bathroom welcome kit. One of the bedrooms has a large windowed veranda with sitting area and terrace overlooking the sea and garden, while the other bedroom is located to the side of the villa, remaining more intimately reserved, with a large window overlooking the courtyard lateral.
